A link only works if someone remembers to send it
JobDocs asks for you, on every job. Your certificate and report go to the client as one secure link. They open it, tap a star, and the same Google button appears for every client - whatever they rated. Low ratings come to you first, so you can call.

What is a Google review link?
A web address that opens Google's "write a review" box for your business. Clients tap it, choose their stars and write their words - no searching for you on Google Maps first.
Is it free?
Yes. Finding your link and downloading the QR code is free, with no sign-up. Leave your email only if you want us to send them to you.
Can the link fill in the stars or the words?
No. Google does not allow it, and we would not want it to. Your client chooses their own stars and writes their own words.
Should I only send it to happy customers?
No. Sending only happy customers to Google is called review gating. It is against Google's rules and can mislead buyers under UK consumer law. Ask every customer the same way.

How we use your details
Smart Solutions Bristol Ltd (company 16203244), which runs JobDocs, holds what you give us here. Your searches are kept for 7 days to stop misuse, with a one-way code made from your internet address - never the address itself. If you ask us to email your link, we keep your email and a reference to the Google listing you chose for 12 months, or longer only if you become a client.
